Founders Note

Pinnacle Communities was founded on the dream of friends who understand the disparity between communities across the US. That dream looked past physical demographic differences and financial circumstances. Every one of the founders have been impacted by the housing crisis of the present and the past. From civilian to military life, the influence of community has shaped the opportunity and accessibility of the pursuit of happiness for us and those we love most.
Albert Einstein famously said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. The housing crisis is getting worse despite the fact that since 2010 approximately 6.8 million single-family homes and 3.1 million apartments were built (eyeonhousing.org). Community development solutions of today need divergent thinking and divergent thinkers. Pinnacle communities was founded because there is a need for creative, intellectual, and experiential multiplicity. We implore you to take a look around the room of decision makers for the communities your team is building. If you have multiplicity in the room then ignore our organization and keep doing what you’re doing. But if you look around the room and it is missing, give us a call, email, or text. Let’s tackle this housing crisis from a different perspective with a room ready for divergence.

Together, we can forge communities that stand resilient in the face of crisis, where every dream finds a home. Join us in this pursuit, and let’s redefine the future of housing, one community at a time.

With hope and determination,

The Founders of Pinnacle Communities

I grew up always feeling different than everyone around me. It wasn’t until I started pursuing my business degrees that I really found a place where I not only fit in but thrived. As the CEO of Pinnacle Communities, I can capitalize on my ability to think differently and work each day exercising my creativity to improve the lives of others.

Being different is a strength and I am excited to utilize my graduate school training from Pepperdine University and my many years of experience leading and supporting leaders to guide Pinnacle’s vision. I remember growing up in middle class neighborhoods thinking about the big world of opportunities that were all around me. Only to go and spend time with my cousins and wonder why their mentality towards life and success was different from my own. I thought they didn’t see me but what I now know is that the people responsible for building the communities they could afford to live in, didn’t really see them.
As someone who has practiced Real Estate as an agent, I know all too well how life changing it is for families to work hard and find a community to raise their children in that gives them pride and hope. I have made it my mission to see to it that Pinnacles Communities help change not just the lives and communities of the projects we lead but the communities of projects executed all over the US.

As the COO of Pinnacle Communities, I am thrilled to bring my extensive years of military experience to this role. Throughout my career, I have successfully executed large-scale operational visions and missions for the betterment of people.

Having grown up in low to moderate-income communities, I understand firsthand how your community impacts your path to success. That’s why I am so passionate about being a part of Pinnacle Communities. It allows me to live my dream of creating communities where both children and adults can feel proud to live and inspired by the opportunities available to them in their pursuit of happiness.

Throughout my military experience and my work in HR, people have always been at the forefront of what I do. I believe that when people are given the right resources, support, and inspiration, they can achieve great things. It is my goal to bring these values to Pinnacle Communities and make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

I am truly honored to be a part of this incredible team, and I am excited about the future. Let’s work together to create communities that empower and uplift everyone.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Pinnacle Communities, I have experience in helping enhancing living options for people all over the globe, by transforming their landscape into an inclusive community, and specializing in consulting with development companies. I use that experience to commit myself to producing sustainable and prosperous communities through providing top-notch and affordable housing solutions.

By focusing on crafting environments that enrich the lives of residents, enhance neighborhoods, and contribute positively to the greater community, I have been able to put the master’s degree I earned at Trident University to good use. I may spend my days at Pinnacle Communities, but elevating living experiences by designing and developing spaces that inspire, connect, and thrive is what gets me up in the morning.

When I’m not at Pinnacle Communities, I’m an avid Weightlifter and love spending time working out.

Effective communication isn’t just about conveying a message; it’s about fostering understanding, building trust and shaping a shared vision for the future. As the Chief Communication Officer for Pinnacle Communities these are key principles I uphold and have cultivated throughout my life.

I am a proud Los Angeles native who was raised in Inglewood, where I still reside. I’m the youngest of four siblings, born to parents who immigrated to Southern California from Mexico in the 1970s.

My upbringing was shaped by hard working parents who came to this country with nothing and found success in residential real estate. They instilled in me a deep appreciation for equitable housing and its impact on communities. I have a background in small-scale property management and remain committed to providing affordable housing in Inglewood, especially during the city’s housing market upswing due to the development of SoFi Stadium and the Clippers’ arena.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in political science, which has given me a solid understanding of the social and economic dynamics affecting housing and property management. I strongly believe that we are all interconnected, and this belief drives my dedication.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I’m an animal lover and advocate. I’m passionate about giving a voice to the voiceless and working towards a more compassionate world for all living beings.

With my experience and a unique point of view gained through years of property management, I’m excited to bring my expertise to the Pinnacle Communities team and make a positive impact on the communities we serve.
