We will search, write, and apply for government funded affordable housing RFPs that fit your team’s projects. We will collect all necessary documentation and provide collaboration with a not-for-profit organization to increase likelihood of being approved and awarded grants.
Funding Procurement Fees
Comprehensive Funding Source Research
In-depth database research to identify grants aligning with project types, maximizing chances of approval.The fee usually ranges from $3,000 – $4,000, based on the project concept and scope of the search. Full payment in advance is required for funding source research assignments.
Professional RFP Development
Starting at $6,000 per application Our team will craft a compelling application, pricing dependent upon the level of complexity of the project proposal and time allotted for completion.
Editing/Technical Assistance
Full editing of client prepared proposals, as well as technical assistance, is available on an hourly basis. The hourly rate is $250 per hour.
Retainer Agreements
We offer a retainer agreement. A monthly retainer amount starts at $3,000. We will be available to conduct all services at an hourly rate of $200 per hour, a 20% discount.
Not-to-Exceed Agreements
A mutually agreed upon not-to-exceed amount is set to complete an assignment or provide ongoing assistance. There is an $8,000 minimum. A 50% deposit is required, and hours used are tracked at our hourly rate of $200.
